UNREC seeks expert to help set national standards based on ISACS in the Sahel

UNODA’s Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa (UNREC) is recruiting an expert on physical security and stockpile management (PSSM) for its project on “Physical security and stockpile management activities to reduce the risk of illicit trade in small arms and light weapons (SALW) and their ammunition in the Sahel region.”  

One of the functions of the position will be to “[Assist] in the development of tools aimed at setting national standards in accordance with the International Ammunition Technical Guidelines (IATG) and the International Small Arms Control Standards (ISACS) for Member States in the Sahel.”
