UN Development Group commits to apply ISACS


"Over the past five years, 23 UN agencies—led by UNODA and UNDP—have been working to develop and apply International Small Arms Control Standards (ISACS), which provide clear, practical guidance on putting in place effective controls over the full life-cycle of small arms and light weapons — including controls over their international transfer (www.smallarmsstandards.org). The UNDG will continue to apply these international standards in the support we provide to national partners in the area of small arms control."
